Giuliani's plans equal change for our country from its current position as a target for terrorists into a safer America for us and future generations. Please enjoy the following ad that gives an excellent glimpse of what needs to be changed in terms of national security.

Mayor Rudy Giuliani is the National Security Candidate.

Of all the candidates currently running for President Mayor Rudy Giuliani is the only candidate with a realistic, comprehensive plan for winning the war against terrorism.
Mayor Giuliani's plan:
“The great challenge of our generation is to win the Terrorists’ War on Us. We need to stay on offense and address all the immediate threats we face. Our government and international institutions must transform themselves to fight the terrorists. To ensure our victory is permanent we need to work on changing the environment that allows terrorists to prosper. We will work closely with our allies to spread good government, global prosperity and defeat common enemies.” – Mayor Rudy Giuliani
Immediate Threats: Remain on Offense Against the Terrorists
Defeating al-Qaeda: Mayor Giuliani’s goal will be to kill or capture the al-Qaeda leadership, destroy the capabilities of the group, and discredit its radical ideology. The main fronts against Al Qaeda are in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Pakistan.
Defeating Hezbollah and Hamas: While al-Qaeda poses the most immediate threat, other Islamic terrorist groups are building the capability to harm us, our interests, and our allies. Hezbollah killed more Americans pre-9/11 than any other terrorist group. Hamas is a brutal terrorist group that murders the citizens of our ally Israel, and also has a significant role in the worldwide jihadist network of terrorists waging war on us. Both groups enjoy Iran and Syria’s backing, and these countries must be held accountable for this support – and for the support they give to other terrorist groups.
Bring a “Surge” to Afghanistan: Mayor Giuliani would double the amount of American-led combat troops in Afghanistan to help defeat al-Qaeda and Taliban terrorists there and stabilize the region.
Preventing WMD Attacks: America needs expanded security capabilities and credible deterrent threats to stop an attack on U.S. soil.
Strengthening Domestic Tools: Mayor Giuliani supports important tools like the PATRIOT ACT and FISA, and will work together with Congress to improve our ability to stop terrorists at home – without compromising the rights of U.S. citizens.
Change the environment: Prevent the Rise of Future Terrorists
Reworking Foreign Aid: Mayor Giuliani will tie annual aid packages for Arab and Muslim states to performance-based benchmarks that encourage recipients to help us win the Terrorists’ War on Us and fighting radical Islam.
Terrorist Propaganda: Mayor Giuliani would be more aggressive about combating illegal terrorist propaganda and would seek to cut off their funding and resources.
Establish an International Center for Freedom from Terrorism: To increase cooperation between the United States and her allies, the Center will enable terrorism experts from each government to maintain constant contact, sharing information and plans with each other. Building a dedicated international institution will helpease the exchange of information, stop terrorist attacks, and ensure that our allies remain committed to helping us win the Terrorists’ War on Us.
Transform Institutions: Introduce a Comprehensive Approach to Fighting Terrorism
Strengthen the U.S. Military: Mayor Giuliani will ensure that our military has all the forces, tools, skills, and technologies it needs to defeat the terrorists and address other future threats. He will add at least 10 new combat brigades to the Army and will expand our Navy to more than 300 ships. He will ensure that the Air Force has the new refueling tankers it needs, and will build a new long range bomber to replace the B-52.
Refocus Intelligence Community: Mayor Giuliani will revitalize and refocus the intelligence community to produce solid human intelligence on terrorist groups and activities.
Expand NATO: Mayor Giuliani will work with our NATO allies to expand the organization into a global security organization. The new NATO should dedicate itself to confronting significant threats to the international system, from territorial aggression to terrorism. Membership should be opened to any state that meets basic standards of good governance, military readiness, and global responsibility, regardless of its location.
Create a Stability and Reconstruction Expeditionary Corps: Mayor Giuliani will build a new hybrid military-civilian corps that will help stabilize failing states and prevent the emergence of new terrorist safe-havens.

Giuliani to Focus on Education in California Primaries

In hopes of increasing his popularity in the California Republican Primary, which is scheduled to take place on Super Tuesday February 5,2008, Mayor Rudy Giuliani brought the issue of education to the forefront of his campaign. California has unfortunately the reputation of having one of the worst public school systems in the nation in the past few decades so it is no surprise Giuliani would choose to focus on the hot issue in the Golden State.

Giuliani's stance on education reform has grown strong, especially since he announced his Education Advisory Board earlier in December. The board is led by Terry Moe, the William Bennett Munro Professor of Political Science at Stanford University, and Dr. Rod Paige, George W. Bush's former Secretary of Education. Both men have commented on Giuliani's desire to improve public education and state that they know "Mayor Giuliani has the vision and leadership skills to achieve his goals."

Giuliani has long called the K-12 education system the key to the country's economic success and believes that in order for America to grow as a nation and compete with foreign countries, the public school system will have to be reformed.

His education reforms, one of his "12 Commitments" in his campaign platform, Giuliani states that it is necessary to "take the decision making and put it in the hands of the people who really know the children...more than anyone else: the parents."

Included in the plan is the establishment of federal voucher programs in order to help children trapped in failing schools, allowing parents with disabled children to seek the appropriate placement of their children in public and private schools, and giving educational opportunities to military families.

The Giuliani Campaign is hopeful that the education reforms will catch the attention of the California general public; especially since education budgeting issues are held with such high importance as they played a roll in the recall of Governor Gray Davis in 2003.

The Real Giuliani vs. The Duplicate Giuliani

“Stem-cell research gone wrong”

As I have said in the past, I am in favor of federal funding for stem cell research but only if we are not specifically creating embryos that will eventually be killed. We must make use of the new technologies that we have to expand our research on stem cells. However, it must be done cautiously!

As many people have now found out, there has been an incident where someone has used my DNA and stem cells to create a clone of myself. This is not what stem cell research should be used or geared towards. When cloning people, it is hard for the American public to differentiate between the real Giuliani and the duplicate.

As reported by many large news organizations like CNN a cloned version of myself has wrongfully suggested that I have dropped out of the republican primary race. This information is a lie. It is unfortunate that I have received a loss in the state of Florida but that does not mean that I will be dropping out.

Having diffused the rumors from my cloned self, I will be focusing a large portion of my energy on the California primary race. I am planning on giving a brief speech about my position on the environment in Davis, California on January 31st. While I will be not be participating in the republican debate at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library, I will be present for “Debate 2008” hosted by Fox News in Davis, Ca. I will be prepared to debate the issues and win the California republican primary.

I am the real Rudy Giuliani and I will win the California republican primary.

In Mayor Rudy Giuliani's own words,
"We can determine America's future. After all, that's what an election is all about. So let's decide for optimism, not pessimism; for hope, not despair; for strength, not weakness; for victory, not defeat."
-- from speech on December 15, 2007
