The Real Giuliani vs. The Duplicate Giuliani

“Stem-cell research gone wrong”

As I have said in the past, I am in favor of federal funding for stem cell research but only if we are not specifically creating embryos that will eventually be killed. We must make use of the new technologies that we have to expand our research on stem cells. However, it must be done cautiously!

As many people have now found out, there has been an incident where someone has used my DNA and stem cells to create a clone of myself. This is not what stem cell research should be used or geared towards. When cloning people, it is hard for the American public to differentiate between the real Giuliani and the duplicate.

As reported by many large news organizations like CNN a cloned version of myself has wrongfully suggested that I have dropped out of the republican primary race. This information is a lie. It is unfortunate that I have received a loss in the state of Florida but that does not mean that I will be dropping out.

Having diffused the rumors from my cloned self, I will be focusing a large portion of my energy on the California primary race. I am planning on giving a brief speech about my position on the environment in Davis, California on January 31st. While I will be not be participating in the republican debate at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library, I will be present for “Debate 2008” hosted by Fox News in Davis, Ca. I will be prepared to debate the issues and win the California republican primary.

I am the real Rudy Giuliani and I will win the California republican primary.

In Mayor Rudy Giuliani's own words,
"We can determine America's future. After all, that's what an election is all about. So let's decide for optimism, not pessimism; for hope, not despair; for strength, not weakness; for victory, not defeat."
-- from speech on December 15, 2007
Presidential hopeful Mayor Rudy Giuliani, has through his positive track record as mayor of New York City, and through his over all credentials and qualifications to be our next President has obtained some very strong endorsements from some very prominent people. Below is a list of some but not all of Mayor Giuliani's endorsements:

Steve Forbes, billionaire publisher Has endorsed Giuliani

Melissa Gilbert, actress

Kelsey Grammer, "Frasier" actor

Tom Hicks, owner of Texas Rangers teamParticipated in Dallas, Texas, fundraiser

Carl Icahn, Wall Street heavyweight

Adam Sandler, actor

Tony Sirico, actor

Florida, We are in it to win it!

The Giuliani 2008 presidential campaign is not worried by the recent primary losses in Iowa, New Hampshire, Nevada and South Carolina. The Giuliani campaign believes that so far these primary elections have appealed more to the base of the Republican Party but once primary elections begin in the larger more diverse states that our more moderate, pragmatic veiws will weigh in on theses primary elections. Although we are currently in primary season Republicans must think about who has the best chance in winning the general election. Aquiring the votes of the moderates and independents always plays a substantial part in the general election and there is currently not a candadate from either party as moderate as Mayor Giuliani. This appeal is whats going to win the Florida primary for mayor Giuliani and carry him all the way to the White House.

Meet the Press Ad Commentary

On Thursday, January 17th, 2008, NBC News held a Meet the Press in SOC 118. NBC covered and analyzed campaign advertisements from each candidate. When it came time for our candidate, Rudy Giuliani's ad to be analyzed, NBC chose to ignore what the ad was about and instead focused on Giuliani's commentary during 9/11 and how he took credit for the quick response. Here is Kristin Cook, from Fox News, as she comments on Giuliani's ad in SOC 118:

Bill Clinton Visits UC Davis

Former President Bill Clinton visited the University of California, Davis on Tuesday, January 15th on behalf of his wife, Hillary Clinton. With his grace, Bill Clinton spoke with gusto on health care, the war in Iraq, and several other political issues in an effort to rally support for Hillary Clinton in the upcoming California Primaries.
The Giuliani campaign staff are working with the Davis College Republicans to get Rudy Giuliani to speak at the Pavilion as well in an effort to solidify support for Rudy here in California.

A Message from Rudy

After talking with my colleagues and close advisors I, Rudy Giuliani, have decided to go forward and file papers to the New York Department of State to form a presidential exploratory committee. The papers that have been filed are for a domestic not for profit organization.

While my final decision has not been made on if I will seek the republican presidential nomination, I have decided to take the first steps toward the nomination by filing these forms so I can legally start to gather donations from those individuals that would like to assist in exploring the possibility of running in the 2008 presidential election.

A final decision will quite possibly be made around 3:00pm pacific time on Thursday, January 10 2008.

-Rudy Giuliani
